1. About Klevina

This website, klevina.com, is operated by Klevina ("Klevina," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your use of our store and purchases from us, together with the policies linked below. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform; Klevina is the seller responsible for your order.

2. Using our store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and keep your account credentials secure. You may not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malware distribution, or interference with our systems or other users.

3. Products and information

We aim to describe products, prices, availability, and delivery estimates accurately. Images and screen colors may differ slightly from the actual product. Read the product description, size information, ingredients, warnings, age guidance, and instructions before purchase or use. We remain responsible for goods matching their description and for other obligations imposed by applicable consumer law.

Product selection may include supplements, beauty products, clothing, toys, and gadgets. General product information is not individualized medical advice. Follow product labels and consult a qualified healthcare professional about supplements or other health-related products when appropriate, particularly if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Do not use a product contrary to its instructions. These statements do not limit your rights concerning unsafe, defective, or misdescribed products.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Review your order and all charges before payment. The checkout shows the currency and applicable product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected by us. Shipping charges and free-shipping promotions vary by order. We use the payment methods offered at checkout.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable, a material listing error affects the order, or we cannot lawfully fulfill it, we will contact you with available options or cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid. We will not substitute a materially different item, increase an agreed price, or charge additional fees without your consent. We may refuse fraudulent or unlawful orders; any amount collected for canceled goods will be refunded.

5. Fulfillment and shipping

Orders may be fulfilled through supplier and logistics partners and may arrive in separate packages. Normal processing is approximately 3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–12 business days in transit, subject to any specific estimate disclosed before purchase. We remain your contact for order problems even when a partner fulfills your order.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy provides a 60-day money-back guarantee from delivery, including opened and reasonably used products. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; there is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable under the voluntary guarantee unless required by law. Klevina covers reasonable return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection, or sooner where required by law.

Request cancellations or address changes promptly at support@klevina.com. We will try to accommodate them, but processing or dispatch may prevent changes. Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected. If these terms conflict with a mandatory consumer protection, that protection applies.

7. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may email order confirmations, shipping updates, and responses to support requests. Marketing communications require any consent required by law and include an unsubscribe option.

If you choose to enroll in Klevina SMS, the program is for order updates and customer support. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Notice. Opting out of marketing or SMS does not prevent us from sending necessary order communications by other permitted methods.

8. Intellectual property and third-party links

Store content, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use them to shop and for personal, noncommercial purposes; other copying or commercial use requires permission from the rights holder. Third-party links are provided for convenience. Their services are governed by their own terms, while our responsibilities for purchases from Klevina remain unchanged.

9. Responsibility and mandatory rights

We will exercise reasonable care in operating the store and meeting our obligations. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or that every screen will be free of technical errors. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

10. Governing law, changes, and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, United States, subject to mandatory consumer laws and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any nonwaivable right to use a court or consumer authority.

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and update date. The terms and policies applicable when you placed an order continue to govern that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
